Job summary

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years IT or informatics experience in ambulatory, clinical, or audio/visual applications.
  • Experience with project life cycle and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee PACS, RIS, and imaging software for performance and reliability.
  • Integrate imaging with EHR and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot image viewing, transmission, or storage issues and coordinate maintenance.
  • Provide training and user support for radiologists and staff on new software.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for implementations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Monitor imaging quality and reporting outputs to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
