The position collaborates with IT and vendors to ensure systems operate reliably, supports clinical operations and research initiatives, and contributes to accreditation and quality assurance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer and information science or biological science.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the applications required to ensure connectivity of the systems supporting the Digital Pathology Program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and software users on operational workflows for clinical operations and research.
• Serve as liaison between IT, equipment and software vendors for problem resolution; ensure software applications are operational and current.
• Provide input on storage solutions, equipment purchases and service contracts.
