Job summary

Apple is seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join the Camera Technologies team to drive early exploration platforms and technology building blocks. The role leads a multi-functional engineering team through definition and PoC of new imaging technologies and architectures for Apple products.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with early technology development and consumer hardware product life cycles.
• Strong program management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple global teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving project definition, resource management, milestones and timelines.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure necessary project support and prioritization.
• Ensuring tight inter-team coordination and communication across geographies.
• Grasping complex technical topics and translating into actionable form for executive management.
• Proactive risk management with status updates to development teams and Apple executives.
• Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally to support technology centers and vendor activities.
