Siemens Healthineers in Louisville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Engineer I to service MRI and CT imaging equipment in the field. You will install, service, maintain and modify equipment at customer sites, deliver timely repairs, and train operators to ensure optimal performance.

This role requires building strong customer relationships, managing territory financials, and handling company assets, travel, and on-call rotation after training.

Qualifications

• Must have service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers, plus performing administrative duties accurately.
• Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service MRI and CT imaging equipment in the Louisville, KY area.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide training to operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory revenue, expenses and inventory to meet budget.
• Maintain company assets including vehicle, devices, parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately.
