Siemens Healthineers is seeking a field service engineer to service XP/CT equipment in the Gainesville, FL area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment to ensure optimal system performance.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a technical background, and the ability to manage inventory and administrative duties. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work in a field setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree or military training preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience servicing electro-mechanical or medical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with service test equipment and MS Office; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing XP/CT equipment in the Gainesville, FL area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to maximize system performance.
• Help manage financial performance in your territory through inventory management, time management and timely service call closure.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately.
