Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee seeks a Biomedical Imaging Equipment Technician to repair, calibrate and maintain diagnostic imaging devices across facilities. You will work under the Biomedical Manager, ensuring equipment uptime and safety.

The role requires an AA degree in medical electronics or equivalent, with 1+ years of diagnostic imaging maintenance. Travel between locations and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training in medical electronics or imaging service technology.
• Minimum one year of maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment and related devices.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• Knowledge of CFR, OSHA/NFPA standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and service imaging equipment including CT, PACS, nuclear medicine, angiography and radiation therapy.
• Develop and implement equipment management programs and document actions taken.
• Keep up-to-date with technology through training and vendor communication.
• Provide in-service training to radiology staff on equipment use and safety.
• Travel to sites outside Wenatchee to perform tasks and inspections.
