Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and repairs on a broad range of clinical equipment and diagnostic imaging systems in a hospital setting.

You will ensure mechanical, electrical, and radiation safety, document work in RenovoLive CMMS, and support clinical staff with timely, clear communication and professional service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in biomedical tech preferred.
• 3+ years hospital/clinical equipment service experience.
• Completed imaging equipment training preferred.
• Proficient with electro-mechanical devices and diagnostic imaging systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation in CMMS.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and senior technicians on complex repairs.
• Interpret technical data and perform routine tests to verify functionality.
• Participate in travel as required and support after-hours service when needed.
