Responsibilities

• Performs first-line technical assessment and troubleshooting of equipment and systems and coordinates service and maintenance.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance, upgrades, inspections, installations, and equipment moves.
• Maintains service records, regulatory files, and vendor communications; tracks downtime and expenditures.
• Coordinates vendor service activities with minimal disruption to patient care and schedules.
