Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an Imaging Engineer III to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify performance of medical imaging equipment in a wide range of modalities, including MRI, CT, Cath-Labs, and Radiation Oncology. The role includes regulatory compliance, inventory management, and mentoring colleagues.

The incumbent will advise clinical staff on proper equipment operation, participate in service projects, and ensure adherence to TriMedx core values while delivering real value

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment.
• Able to interpret error codes, perform hardware maintenance, and use diagnostic tools.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and networking applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures on complex medical imaging equipment.
• Repair, install, and calibrate complex medical imaging equipment and systems.
• Inform supervisors of repair status, inspections, and any customer concerns; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain the equipment database, PA schedules, nomenclature, and service history.
• Lead service projects and mentor other associates to share expertise.
