Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a skilled medical imaging field service technician to repair, calibrate, and verify radiology systems across hospital sites. You’ll diagnose complex issues, document regulatory results, and ensure patients receive uninterrupted care.

The role requires 2-year electronics degree or TRIMEDX certification, strong computer skills, and willingness to travel. You’ll mentor others, coordinate with clinicians, and help keep imaging equipment up and running.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment.
• Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard‑drive work, diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and networking applications; valid driver’s license and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Restore confidence in imaging scans by repairing, calibrating, and verifying systems.
• Lead regulatory accuracy—radiation outputs, documentation, and database integrity.
• Be the technical voice clinicians rely on when equipment affects real-time decisions.
• Mentor others, guide vendors, and maintain inventory so equipment stays operational.
