Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Imaging Education Specialist to support Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products and services across hospitals in the assigned territory. The role requires deep OR knowledge, radiology certification, and the ability to train surgeons and OR staff in live cases and cadaver labs.

Travel up to 85% is expected as you collaborate with capital and implant teams, promote INR education, and ensure successful initial installations within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Radiology certification is required.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical support or healthcare experience.
• Experience with new and disruptive technologies is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 85%.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of INR products and procedures.
• Create educational content, workflows, and training modules.
• Provide hands-on training for surgeons and OR staff.
• Conduct on-site trainings and cadaver labs.
• Attend cases to educate on radiologic prep and safety.
• Provide INR education to peers before and after installations.
• Assist with capital installation support and sales collaboration.
• Manage expenses within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with implant and sales teams.
