Job summary

HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging to lead daily operations across all imaging modalities and guide a team of technologists. You will drive staff development, scheduling, and resource management while maintaining high QA/QC standards.

Role requires ARRT-R Radiography and RT Radiologic Technologist credentials, plus at least two years in a supervisory radiology setting. Compliance with TJC and state regulations is essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist credential required.
• Minimum 2 years of imaging supervisor/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all Imaging Modalities and supervise staff.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and timely evaluations.
• Ensure QA/QC standards and regulatory compliance (TJC, state, ARRT, ACR).
• Manage staffing, scheduling, supplies, and department resources.
• Support performance indicators and department goals.
