Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily departmental operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Plan staffing, patient flow, schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation, and organizational policies.
• Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure availability and maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
• Mentor and develop staff, supervise recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Lead departmental communication, change management, and new process implementations.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies aligned with objectives and best practices.
