Job summary

The Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking a motivated Imaging Department Assistant to provide clerical support, coordinate communications, and help process patients using RIS.

You will work with staff to maintain records, protect confidentiality, and assist with patient transport and gowning as needed. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are preferred, with Epic experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting performing similar activities.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via phone and paging system.
• Process patients using the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Prepare upcoming schedules as required.
• Maintain records with confidentiality and follow policy.
• Assist staff with retrieving information when needed.
• Transport patients to/from radiology and assist with gowning.
