MedStar Health is seeking an Imaging Clinical Aide to join our Radiology team at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center. The role assists nurses, technologists, radiologists, and clerical staff in patient care and procedures, with responsibilities spanning patient prep, room setup, and workflow coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with additional training or experience.
• Experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for procedures by verifying orders and positioning.
• Sets up procedure rooms, loads contrast, and ensures equipment readiness.
• Maintains department operations: cleanliness, supplies, inventory.
• Transports specimens and coordinates with Radiology and support services.
• Provides reception support and onboarding training for new staff.
