Job summary

Trinity Health MI in Ann Arbor seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Imaging Center Prep and Recovery. This 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) position is day shift, with no weekends or holidays. The unit supports Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Interventional Radiology, with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

Responsibilities include pre-procedure checks, monitoring post-procedure recovery, and education on discharge instructions. A valid Michigan nursing license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License
• BSN degree (or plan to obtain BSN within five years)
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Support Imaging Center Prep and Recovery for 22 bays in Cath Lab, EP Lab and Interventional Radiology.
• Perform pre-procedure checks: allergies, meds, labs; include neuro/pulse checks, shaving, and pre-procedure antibiotics as needed.
• Monitor vitals, incision sites, dressings, and educate on discharge while bedrest is required for procedure specific needs.
• Adhere to BLS/ACLS protocols as procedures may include mild sedation or general anesthesia.
