Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or management preferred or substitute with radiology program and CRT/leadership experience
• Three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility required
• Computer literacy; Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• ARRT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow outpatient imaging center with multiple modalities
• Coordinate schedules and supervise staff training
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures
