Seattle Radiology is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Services Representative I to be the first point of contact for patients at our outpatient imaging center in Seattle. The role focuses on accurate data entry, collecting co-pays, and ensuring a smooth check‑in experience while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task across several software programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and process payments.
• Scan documents and enter orders accurately.
• Respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters.
• De‑escalate conflicts and escalate when necessary.
• Support clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
