Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking a Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. If you enjoy helping patients and have strong communication skills, you’ll fit well in our office with a collaborative environment.

Position Status: full-time flex. Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Fri 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Location: Madison, AL. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, registering, and coordinating patient flow.
• Handle phone correspondence and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory and medical record management.
• Provide patient-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
