Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA license in Pennsylvania (PA-C) and DEA registration if required.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed Physician Assistant experience.
• Business and financial acumen; ability to manage P&L.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the imaging center, ensuring efficiency and patient flow.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, and perform annual performance evaluations.
• Direct contrast administration oversight and monitor IV contrast safety.
• Develop action plans from financial reporting to improve center performance.
• Partner with JV stakeholders to maintain service quality and compliance.
