Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking staff to assist with Imaging Center procedures, transport patients, and perform clerical duties. The role requires AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals and a preference for EKG training with clinical hours.

Preferred candidates will have a HS Diploma or equivalent and about 1 year of patient care experience, contributing to safe, compassionate imaging workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional is required.
• 1 year experience with patient care is preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of EKG training in EKG and arrhythmia recognition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Imaging Procedures and transport patients to Imaging Center rooms.
• Provide patient escort and ensure safety during procedures and transfers.
• Observe patients during procedures and report changes to staff.
• Perform general clerical duties and use EMR for registrations and reports.
• Provide timely transportation and maintain patient privacy and dignity.
