Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Imaging Center Support role in California. Required AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification, and HS Diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates have 1 year of patient care experience and EKG training with clinical hours.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider is REQUIRED.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• 1 Year experience with patient care; EKG training with documented hours is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Imaging Center procedures including patient transportation and monitoring.
• Greet and escort patients to Imaging Center rooms and ensure safety of belongings.
• Provide tech assistance and move patients during procedures and acquire radiographs/images.
• Perform clerical duties using EMR platforms and pre-register/register outpatients.
• Schedule appointments and manage transportation within the department.
• Observe and document patient conditions and communicate changes to staff.
