Job summary

Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio seeks a Clinical Manager, Imaging & Cardiac Services to lead Imaging and Cardiac Operations, align clinical and operational goals, and drive quality and patient safety across departments.

The role requires radiology leadership, staff development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians; candidates must maintain clinical radiology competency and may provide coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiography (R).
• Current Ohio licensure, as applicable.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience within an imaging department.
• Demonstrated experience managing imaging staff and day-to-day departmental operations.
• Ability and willingness to maintain clinical competency and provide Radiology/X-ray coverage as needed.
• Candidates not currently certified in CT must be willing to complete CT training and competency requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership for Imaging Services.
• Manage department workflow, staffing, quality outcomes, patient safety initiatives, and patient experience.
• Recruit, hire, orient, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop Imaging Services team members.
• Maintain clinical competency in Radiology/X-ray and provide direct patient care coverage as needed.
• Ensure staff maintain required licenses, certifications, competencies and continuing education requirements.
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, patient flow, quality metrics, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient care.
• Support the implementation of new imaging technologies, equipment, services, and process improvements.
