Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD-level degree.
• Strong mathematical and engineering foundations.

Responsibilities

• Apply traditional and deep learning models (optical, physical, and mathematical) to improve KLA products.
• Experiment with techniques to reduce compute cost for modeling, processing spectra and images.
• Build signal and image processing tools for faster experimentation.
• Manage measurement and imaging data used for training AI and physics models.
• Develop software tools for processing and analyzing measurements and images.
