Job summary

Spire South Bank Hospital in Worcester is seeking an Imaging Administrator to join the team in a part-time role (26 hours per week). The post involves welcoming and registering patients, arranging appointments, and supporting radiology staff with efficient booking and information governance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths, strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or RIS; experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths.
• Previous experience in a similar imaging or administrative environment is desirable.
• Familiar with hospital IT systems (SAP and RIS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support and customer service to patients, consultants, GPs and hospital staff.
• Manage bookings and appointments using SAP and RIS with confidentiality.
• Liaise with radiographers/radiologists to collate paperwork for examinations.
• Maintain efficient imaging bookings and filing systems.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to health and safety policies.
