Job summary

Triaem Llc is seeking a Technical SETA SME – Imagery Science to support EO/IR and related sensing disciplines, providing SME guidance, evaluating technical approaches, and delivering actionable program artifacts for R&D stakeholders.

The role requires a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience, solid understanding of EO/IR, RF/microwave sensing, and signal processing, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams through program milestones.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related technical field; Master’s may substitute two years of experience.
• 6+ years of working experience.
• EO/IR systems standards, procedures, and practices knowledge.
• Experience with microwave, VHF, UHF, or infrared wavelength systems.
• Experience developing or analyzing signal-processing, optimization, or ML algorithms.
• Experience with advanced sensing test/measurement equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF test platforms).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary R&D or T&E teams and creating program plans/work breakdown structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical SETA/SME support and evaluate approaches, risks, progress, and results.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations for R&D stakeholders.
• Support program planning, milestone tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Communicate technical work clearly during evaluations, including a short technical seminar.
