Job summary

TRIAEM LLC in Bethesda, MD, seeks an experienced Advanced Sensing and Imagery-science SETA SME to support EO/IR and RF/microwave sensing, signal processing, sensor test and multidisciplinary R&D execution.

In this role you will evaluate approaches, risks and progress, translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for R&D stakeholders, and assist with program planning, milestones, and cross‑disciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical SETA/SME support aligned to the specialty area and evaluate technical approaches, risks, progress, and results.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations and program artifacts for R&D stakeholders.
• Support program planning, technical assessment, milestone tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination where required by the role.
• Prepare to communicate technical work clearly during Guidehouse/customer evaluation, including a short technical seminar.
