Job summary

Toffler Associates, located in Bethesda, MD, seeks an accomplished practitioner to lead complex client work in AI/ML and data analytics. You will be on-site and require a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

You will ensure engagement quality, manage teams, and drive program plans across multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in AI/ML, data architectures, and systems integration, with proven ability to deliver impactful solutions while maintaining client relationships and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields.
• 8+ years of work experience including, but not limited to AI/ML, data architectures, and systems engineering.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data quality, and mission assurance in operational settings.
• Experience with R&D of spatiotemporal data, architectures, modeling and/or ML algorithms.

• Deliver complex client work with high quality and on schedule.
• Maintain accountability for engagement health, team performance, and client relationships.
• Collaborate across disciplines to turn data into actionable insights and robust architectures.
