TRIAEM, LLC Career Center is seeking a Technical SETA SME – Imagery Science to support advanced sensing, imagery science, and multidisciplinary R&D. The role involves evaluating technical approaches, translating complex results into actionable guidance, and coordinating across teams.

The successful candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a technical degree, 6+ years of experience, and deep expertise in EO/IR systems, microwave/RF sensing, and signal-processing/ML methods.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related technical field; Master’s may substitute two years of experience.
• Six or more years of working experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of EO/IR systems standards, procedures, and practices.
• Expertise with microwave, VHF, UHF, or infrared wavelength systems.
• Experience developing, implementing, testing, or analyzing signal-processing, optimization, or ML algorithms.
• Experience with advanced sensing test/measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF test platforms, wireless testbeds, or COTS sensing devices.
• Experience involving telecommunications systems, RF sensing, signal processing, biometric sensing modalities, and/or advanced sensor-system design/evaluation.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary R&D or T&E team.
• Experience creating program plans, WBS, and milestone schedules.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical SETA/SME support and evaluate approaches, risks, progress, and results.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations and program artifacts for R&D stakeholders.
• Support program planning, technical assessment, milestone tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Communicate technical work clearly during Guidehouse/customer evaluation, including a short technical seminar.
