Job summary

Programmers.io seeks a senior QA engineer to lead camera, image and video quality validation across lab and real-world capture conditions, ensuring products meet baselines before release.

The role requires designing lab and field test campaigns for iPhone, iPad and Mac/Display programmes, configuring environments and developing automated capture methods to improve throughput.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in camera, image quality, video quality or related validation engineering.
• Strong understanding of capture conditions, calibration, subjective/objective quality review and test repeatability.
• Experience with automated capture systems, lab instrumentation or camera/video test tools.
• Ability to communicate quality findings clearly to engineering and programme stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, lab discipline and confidence handling unreleased devices.
