Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Image Processing Engineer to create physics-based algorithms for OPIR data processing and to develop software supporting image processing pipelines in a Beavercreek, OH environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field, an active Secret clearance, 5+ years on DoW/IC programs, and hands-on experience with Python, C++, Rust, and embedded software development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
