iMemories in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support production and shipping operations. You will monitor orders, assemble and package DVDs, manage inventory, and ensure order accuracy. Starting pay is $17/hour with quarterly increases; overtime as needed.

This role requires high school completion, ability to lift 40 lbs, and proficiency with standard office software; multiple shifts are available in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer originals for order integrity prior to shipment.
• Assemble and package DVD orders for shipping.
• Maintain and perform equipment maintenance on DVD burners and printers.
• Data entry for shipping details.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Summary of Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring DVD production error reports and problem resolution.

• Data entry into a computer system for shipping details.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Fulfillment Associate Position Details

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
• Multiple shifts are available.
• Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
• Overtime as required based on the Manager's discretion.
