Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an IT Support professional to perform IMAC project work, imaging, deployment, and asset tracking. You will interact with customers professionally, respond to routine questions, and escalate issues as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of PC hardware/software support, strong imaging/deployment knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow. W2, on-site work, and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Understanding of desktop imaging, deployment and troubleshooting PCs.
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Able to train quickly on procedures and maintain IT knowledge base.
• Windows 10/11 experience.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, setup, deployment, and asset-tracking using SNOW (ServiceNow).
• Represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Respond to routine technical questions or requests for information from customers.
• Escalate problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs IMAC project work – imaging / setting up / deployment / SNOW for asset tracking – some basic troubleshooting during deployment
• Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates
• Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information
• Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve

Skills And Qualifications

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
