Team Overview

Our Health and Science System Specialists team leads in complex hospital, health system, and medical group environments, bringing value to customers and patients.

Position Overview

The HSSS is responsible for product launches, managing business relationships, understanding formulary access, and promoting products within assigned accounts. Responsibilities include sales, relationship development with healthcare professionals, and understanding market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective engagement strategies tailored to each customer, utilizing digital tools and analytics.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers across virtual and face-to-face settings.
3. Provide compliant education and promote products, leveraging deep product and disease state knowledge.
4. Support patients' access to Pfizer products through information on reimbursement and assistance programs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and advance Pfizer's objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/promotional experience, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Residency within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas.
• Strong strategic, promotional, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.

Additional Details

Travel within the territory is required, with potential overnight stays. The salary range is $101,500 - $245,400 plus incentives. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, paid leave, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
