Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee supply chain operations supporting Task 2 mission requirements and overall ILS2 Task Order execution.
  • Direct supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, transportation synchronization, warehousing operations, distribution activities, and sustainment support functions.
  • Coordinate with logistics personnel, operational stakeholders, suppliers, transportation providers, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure efficient movement and sustainment of resources.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, inventory levels, operational metrics, and logistics effectiveness to support mission execution and sustainment objectives.
  • Identify supply chain risks, shortages, bottlenecks, and operational challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain readiness and continuity of operations.
  • Oversee inventory accountability, reporting activities, logistics coordination efforts, and operational support planning.
  • Support prioritization of resources and synchronization of logistics activities across multiple operational requirements and mission areas.
  • Provide status updates, performance reports, and operational recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure supply chain activities support exercises, deployments, contingency operations, and ongoing mission support requirements.

Job Summary The Supply Chain Management Lead provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of supply chain operations supporting ILS2 Task Order execution and Task 2 mission requirements. This role directs supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, transportation synchronization, warehousing activities, distribution operations, and sustainment support across geographically dispersed operational environments. Working closely with logistics personnel, operational stakeholders, suppliers, transportation providers, subcontractors, and government representatives, the Supply Chain Management Lead ensures the efficient movement, accountability, and sustainment of mission-critical equipment, materials, and resources. The position monitors supply chain performance, mitigates operational risks, and supports resource prioritization efforts necessary to maintain operational readiness and continuity of operations. Through effective leadership and coordination, the Supply Chain Management Lead contributes to mission success by delivering responsive, integrated, and reliable supply chain support for exercises, deployments, contingency operations, and ongoing mission activities. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support mission‑critical operations in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD, federal government, logistics, sustainment, contingency, or operational support programs.
  • Knowledge of deployment logistics, distribution management, and global supply chain practices.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations and high-visibility programs.
  • Familiarity with logistics information systems, inventory management systems, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies, military organizations, subcontractors, and commercial transportation providers.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).

The expected salary range for this position in Hawaii is $62,900 - $94,400 ). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, work location, and other job‑related factors. This range is provided in accordance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements and applies to candidates working in Hawaii.
