Qualifications

10+ years hands-on experience in IBM IIDR (mainframe and midrange).
Deep knowledge of IIDR across z/OS and IIDR midrange environments.
Strong proficiency in z/OS and Unix technologies (JCL, DB2 for z/OS, RACF).
Experience tuning IIDR performance and managing data replication pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers complex requirements to meet business goals.
Mentors engineers on CI/CD and automation.
Lead IIDR-based pipelines across mainframe and midrange platforms.
