Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on IBM IIDR experience in real-time data replication, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per acceptance criteria.
• Designs and maintains architecture components and interfaces with IIDR and Kafka.
• Mentors engineers and coaches CI/CD practices and automation.
• Owns end-to-end delivery of IIDR pipelines across mainframe and midrange.
• Troubleshoots complex replication issues, reduces latency and ensures high availability.
