Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an IICS - IDMC Data Engineer for onsite work in Cincinnati, OH. The role emphasizes Informatica IDMCIICS, Snowflake data modeling, SQL data analysis, and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Experience with Agile processes and documentation is required, with visa-free eligibility by August 3, 2026. The position requires coordinating with architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver data engineering solutions and ensure proper data warehouse design

Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for Data Engineering, ETL, or Data Warehouse projects.

Role Description

IICS - IDMC Data Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH, USA – Onsite

Technical Skills – Primary

• Informatica experience of at least 5 years and 2 years in IDMC: Strong understanding of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) including CDI and data integration concepts.
• Good knowledge of Snowflake architecture, data modeling, data ingestion, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for data engineering initiatives.
• Ability to perform impact analysis across source systems, ETL processes, and reporting platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL ELT methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies: user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of data integration workflows and enterprise data architectures.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Ability to coordinate between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Experience supporting solution validation, UAT, and requirement traceability.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud data platforms.

Technical Skills – Secondary

• Exposure to Informatica Data Quality, Data Governance, or Metadata Management solutions.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management concepts.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain.
