Description

A Dishwasher/Busser is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs. An organized individual will excel at this position by keeping a tidy dish area, maintaining organized food storage areas, and assisting with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant, all while ensuring that our customers' needs are met.

Other Duties Include

• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, and cleaning equipment.
• Unload delivery trucks and store supplies properly.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and the dining room.
• As needed, assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests.

Requirements

A qualified applicant should be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work in a clean uniform. Must work well with others, be self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail.

This job is labor-intensive and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks.
