Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs.
2. Keeping the dish area tidy and maintaining organized food storage areas.
3. Assisting with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant.
4. Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment by mopping, sweeping, removing trash, and cleaning equipment.
5. Unloading delivery trucks and storing supplies properly.
6. Stocking and rotating supplies in service areas and the dining room.
7. Assembling take-out orders and delivering food to guests as needed.

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual, well-groomed, with a clean uniform.
• Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail.
• This is a physically demanding role; candidates must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms.
