Job summary

Discovery Life Sciences is seeking a Laboratory Associate in Newtown, PA to contribute to immunohistochemical staining of tissue samples and support Project Managers across multiple projects. This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking, and effective communication in a fast-paced team.

The position demands an Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences, familiarity with lab equipment, and a collaborative mindset to improve processes and ensure quality results for

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• Familiarity with general laboratory equipment.
• Experience in immunohistochemistry (IHC) is preferred but not required.
• Background or coursework in Pathology/Histology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform immunohistochemical staining of tissue samples.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Utilize and maintain general laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, pipettes, and more.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
