Discovery Life Sciences in Newtown, PA is seeking a Scientific Project Manager to drive order fulfillment in our Pre Clinical team and ensure customer satisfaction throughout projects. The role focuses on developing SOPs, coordinating with sponsor communications, and guiding lab activities such as tissue staining (IHC/IF) and biomarker workflows, while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and LAB policies.

This onsite position requires strong organization and clear written and verbal communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in molecular biology or cell biology with at least 2 years of industry research experience is required or Master’s Degree with no experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience in IHC, IF, biomarker research, microscopy and pathology-related coursework is preferred.
• Familiarity with automated IHC/IF platforms (Dako, Ventana, Leica) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and handling human specimens; CAP/CLIA familiarity is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with external customers via phone, email, or presentations.
• Develop SOPs and training materials.
• Lead process improvement changes across teams.
• Generate reports for inventory, shipping and order statuses.
• Stain tissue samples using IHC techniques and score data for sponsors.
• Provide technical guidance to laboratory personnel and ensure compliance.
