Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a full-time Community Based Clinician for its IHBT team in Fairfield County, Ohio. The clinician will work with youth, families, foster parents, and partners to provide counseling, advocacy, and community supports.

Responsibilities include individual, family, and group mental health services, care coordination, daily travel to communities, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable Human Services from an accredited institution.
• Two years of work experience with youth and families preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Complete documentation promptly and participate in supervision and QA activities.
• Assist in coordinating services across mental health, medical, educational, and social domains.
