Job summary

The National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a full-time Community Based Clinician to join our IHBT team in Franklin County, Ohio. You will provide counseling or therapy, advocacy, and support to youth and families in community settings.

You’ll work with foster families, coordinate services, and document promptly while meeting productivity targets. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or similar, and a valid license, are required; a driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable Human Services required.
• Two years of direct service experience with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state/contract regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and maintain progress notes.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide crisis support and intervention.
• Coordinate and monitor services across mental health, medical, educational, and social domains.
