Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is hiring a full-time IHBT Clinician I to deliver home- and community-based mental health services in Fairfield County, OH. You will work with youth, families, foster parents, and partners to provide counseling, advocacy, and support to help youths live safely in the community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, plus preferred direct youth/family experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable Human Services from an accredited institution.
• Two years of work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid professional license as required by state or contract regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours and travel for community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Complete documentation promptly and participate in supervision.
• Support crisis intervention and on-call rotation for IHBT families.
• Coordinate services across mental health, medical, educational, and social domains.
• Monitor and adjust youth plans to ensure progress and safety.
