The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) provides in-home, structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions and supports caregivers to better understand and respond to their children’s needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related CBHI approved program.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, youth and families in home or community setting desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in client homes to address youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children's needs and improve communication.
• Collaborate with supervisors to support licensure and professional growth.
