Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join a growing team. The In Home Behavioral Therapist will provide structured, strength‑based interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs and to support caregivers in understanding and guiding their children.

Full‑time or FFS hours available, with supervision for licensure for newly licensed clinicians and opportunities to expand skills in a well‑regarded organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or CBHI‑approved field.
• Minimum 1 year working with children, youth and families in home/community settings.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders and autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs and improve communication.
• Work toward improving behavioral outcomes for youth in community settings.
