Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Greenwood, SC is looking for a Tech III - IGX Rears on 2nd shift. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying complex assemblies for power modules and related sub-assemblies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of assembly experience. Training occurs on first shift for the initial period, with a shift differential introduced on later shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of assembly experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation; within 50 miles of the work location.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic area limitations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify complex assemblies beyond typical complexity.
• Fill ISO, quality, and production checklists for supervision and engineering.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels and report shortages to operators.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness; follow drawings.
• Assist engineering, drafting, and supervision with development work.
• Work from manufacturing information and established procedures.
