Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Specialist-level professional to own end-to-end software and DevOps engagements. You will coordinate multi-team delivery, manage risks, and align with client goals across manufacturing domains.

You’ll design delivery models, lead proposals, and mentor teams while ensuring value and contract alignment. Travel to client sites is expected; strong agile practice and domain knowledge in OT, MES, and industrial systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of project management or software delivery experience with agile methods.
• Experience delivering software for manufacturing, OT, or industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software and DevOps engagements across application, integration, and platform scope.
• Lead proposals development, estimating, and client negotiations.
• Coordinate multiple scrum teams and manage delivery metrics to improve flow.
• Direct project staffing and risk management across technical, commercial, and schedule dimensions.
• Travel to client sites as needed for go-live and milestones.
