Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field (last 2 years).
• 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality, luxury preferred.
• English verbal and written proficiency; additional languages advantageous.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Genuine passion for luxury and commitment to excellence.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with diverse collaboration.
• Open-minded and adaptable to travel to remote locations.
• Curious, agile, eager to learn all aspects of hospitality.
• Operationally focused with a view toward international career.
